The Upstairs area features 4 bedrooms (3 King, 1 Bunk) and two bathrooms as well as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy access to the upstairs front porch from two King Bedrooms. Family-friendly extras include: 2 highchairs, pack & play, medium dog crate, and a rolling cooler — provided to make your stay simple and stress-free. No smoking of any kind inside the house. No parties on premises. No third party bookings. No open fire within 100 feet of any building Only up to 11 guest allowed. Street Parking is not allowed per HOA rules, please use only the driveway and designated overflow parking spots.

Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests are required to complete the following within 48 hours of booking: ✔️ Sign our rental agreement. ✔️ Upload a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. ✔️ Complete the authorization for a $500 refundable security hold. The security hold is scheduled after booking, authorized 2 days prior to arrival, and automatically released 2 days after checkout, provided no damage is reported. For your security and ours, check-in instructions and your door access code will be provided after all required items have been completed and verified. Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside our home. Pets: We’re happy to host your pups! Our home is dog-friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs, each under 70 lbs. If you’re traveling with a larger dog, just send us a quick message, we’re happy to review and pre-approve your larger pup. Parking: We have dedicated parking for up to 4 medium size vehicles in front of the home, with overflow parking available across the street. House Access: Guests have access to the entire home, including all decks, patios, and amenities. The only locked space is the owner’s closet located in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our home and guests, the property is equipped with two Ring cameras, one at the front door and one overlooking the rear exterior. To book this home, the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and be present throughout the entire stay. We are unable to accept third-party bookings. If we determine that a reservation was made on behalf of someone else in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with our policies and the security deposit will be forfeited.
