Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside our home. Pets: We’re happy to host your pups! Our home is dog-friendly. We allow up to 3 dogs, each under 70 lbs. If you’re traveling with a larger dog, just send us a quick message—we’re happy to review and pre-approve your larger pup. Parking: We have dedicated parking for up to 4 medium size vehicles in front of the home, with overflow parking available across the street. House Access: Guests have access to the entire home, including all decks, patios, and amenities. The only locked space is the owner’s closet located in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our home and guests, the property is equipped with two Ring cameras—one at the front door and one overlooking the rear exterior. Rental Agreement & Verification: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. To book this home, the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and be present throughout the entire stay.
