If you’re traveling with a larger dog, just send us a quick message—we’re happy to review and pre-approve your larger pup. Parking & HOA Rules: Please note that boat and trailer parking is not permitted anywhere within the Villa del Sol neighborhood per HOA regulations. We have dedicated parking for up to 4 medium size vehicles in front of the home, with overflow parking available across the street. House Access: Guests have access to the entire home, including all decks, patios, and amenities. The only locked space is the owner’s closet located in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our home and guests, the property is equipped with two Ring cameras—one at the front door and one overlooking the rear exterior. Rental Agreement & Verification: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. To book this home, the primary renter must be 23 years of age or older and be present throughout the entire stay. Security Hold: A $500 off-platform security hold is required for your reservation. This hold will be scheduled 2 days prior to arrival and is released 2 days after checkout.
